Vanessa managed this in a totally pleasant, gently assertive and efficient way. I have rarely seen such a professional response to what must have been a frustrating situation.

In addition, Vanessa also loaded large volumes of data into Salesforce for us, after providing guidance on how to transform the data into an appropriate structure. 

I'm pleased to say we now have a Salesforce system to be proud of. It contains all the relevant data we need, and we're now able to use Salesforce to the greatest effect. I believe this will be a key part of my client's future business success.
